To accomplish this, we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.  As a courtesy we will verify coverage, but below are the links for you to gain access for coverage/ copay information.

We participate in most insurance plans including Humana PPO, Capital Blue Cross Dental, Aetna PPO, Metlife, Cigna PPO-DNSP, Ameritas PPO, Guardian, Delta Dental (all states), Assurant-DHA, United Concordia, (PPO, ParNet Advantage, Concordia Advantage, National Service Plans, CHIP), Principal, and many others.

Special Program For Our Patients Without Insurance…

If you are one of the many individuals or families without dental insurance, we offer a special “Healthy Smiles Dental Plan“. Our plan includes unlimited exams and x-rays at no charge.

 There are no insurance hurdles like deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, denials of claims, or pre-approvals.  

 This plan is especially useful for small business owners and self-employed workers, we also have patients, with dental insurance that we do not participate with, that sign up for our plan as an alternative to their dental insurance.

 Benefits included in Annual Membership: 

• Unlimited yearly exams
• Unlimited yearly x-rays
• Two topical Fluoride applications for children up to 15
• All additional eligible treatment discounted by 25% when paid in full at time of treatment.
