Important Information Regarding COVID-19

We here at North Penn Pediatric Dental Associates are well aware of the current situation for our team, for our community, and most importantly . . . for our patients.

After careful consideration, we have decided to CLOSE our office to all non-emergency dental procedures effective Monday, March 16, 2020.

This includes the cancellation of cleanings, elective orthodontic treatment, routine extractions, and fillings. At this point, we are closed for indefinitely pending direction from our governmental agencies. We are hoping that we can reopen by June.  Unfortunately, as you all know, we do not know how long this will last. We are following local, state and federal guidelines as they are updated.

We will remain on-call and available to see any true dental emergencies and pain from our office for established patients.

This is Dr. Wong’s personal cell phone number (267) 638-6596. He will be available for dental emergency questions and/or treatment. (phone, tele-conferencing, in person if needed)

For any non-urgent questions, please email us at [email protected]

This decision was not an easy one. As you know, our patients are our foremost concern. It is for their safety, the health and safety of our staff and the goal of reducing the overall exposure curve of the virus that we came to this difficult solution.

With the greater good in mind, we are graciously donating our medical personal protective equipment (gloves, masks, hand sanitizer) to the local community hospitals and clinics that will need it the most.

Thank you so much for your support and understanding during this difficult time. You, our NPPDA family, are truly the best and we take comfort knowing we’ll get through this together. We will continue to update you as new information becomes available.

Thank you.
The North Penn Pediatric Dental Associates Team
